Marketing Summit FAQs
When is the event? Tuesday, June 18 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the HQ campus in Cleveland, OH with an optional happy hour to follow.
What should I expect at the event? This intense one-day event will be a hands-on training experience. Come with your laptop and be prepared to clear your calendar, roll up your sleeves, and better understand how to use our tools to increase your business.
Who is invited to attend the event? This event is for CCM field employees responsible for the creation and implementation of CCM marketing materials: Marketing assistants, marketing specialists, marketing managers, or LOs who create their own marketing assets are welcome.
How many people from a branch can attend? Because we have a capacity cap of 40 attendees, we are limiting to one person from each branch. You can reach out to events@ccm. com to see if additional people can join if space opens up. We are doing this to be fair and allow as many branches as possible to attend the Summit.
Is there a limit of how many people can attend? In order to provide a hands-on training experience, this event will be capped at 40 attendees.
Can I still attend even if the site says the event is full? We have a strict limitation of 40 attendees, however, we will also have a waiting list in case of cancellations.
Will there be any additional Marketing Summits? Yes! We plan to continue hosting the Marketing Summit throughout 2024. If this date does not work for you, or the event has already filled up, you will have the opportunity to attend a Summit event at a later date. Can I attend virtually? Due to the hands-on training style of this event, the Summit will only be offered in person.
How much does this event cost? Attendee flights and hotel costs will come out of the Branch P&L. You must obtain Branch Manager approval for event costs prior to registering for the event. You will be asked to provide written approval from your Branch Manager. Corporate will cover breakfast and lunch during the event.
When should I book my flights and hotel? You can book your flight and hotel after receiving Branch Manager approval and after you have successfully registered for the event. Do not book anything until you have registered for the event.
How do I book a hotel room? Preferred Hotel – CCM’s preferred hotels for employees visiting the Corporate Headquarters are the Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square and Hampton Inn Downtown.
When should I arrive/depart? The event begins promptly at 9:30 a.m. on June 18, so we recommend flying in the night before. The event ends at 4 p.m. with a cocktail hour from 4 – 6 p.m., and we suggest departing late that night or early the following morning. This is a free event so you only need Branch Manager approval to stay at the hotel for an additional night.
Is dinner included? No, the event will be wrapping with a happy hour event that does not include dinner. We suggest the following restaurants which are walking distance from the Crowne Plaza Hotel: Wild Eagle Saloon, Tacos & Tequila, Yours Truly Playhouse Square.
