CCM's Housing Initiatives Team is dedicated to empowering homebuyers through raising awareness of affordable and sustainable mortgage financing solutions that increase homeownership opportunities.
The team works closely with industry trade associations and CCM loan officers to develop a deepened understanding of the different barriers to homeownership that individuals and families face and to develop solutions to help borrowers achieve their homeownership goals.
