CCM's Housing Initiatives Team is dedicated to expanding homeownership opportunities and fostering sustainable homeownership for underrepresented homebuyers and communities.
The team works closely with industry trade associations and advocacy groups to develop a deepened understanding of the different barriers to homeownership that individuals and families face and to develop solutions to help borrowers at all income levels achieve their homeownership goals.

His 20+ years of experience serving thousands of clients has made him a consummate professional in the world of wannabe speakers. Terry’s style is bold, funny, and wildly entertaining – while still delivering real world lessons that resonate with the audience and solve real problems for his clients.
Maria Gesualdi, Esq.
Attorney at Law
Maria Gesualdi, Esq. is both an experienced attorney with specialized experience in all aspects of real estate law for the past 30 years and a civic leader. She is passionate about home ownership and takes pride in helping her clients realize the American Dream of Homeownership. In addition to her busy real estate practice, Maria has held several noteworthy positions during her career. As past President of NAHREP North New Jersey she has risen to a National Leadership position within the organization and mentors and coaches ten Chapters across the country. She is a current Board Member of Habitat for Humanity Bergen and is a Trustee of the GBR Realtor Care Foundation. Her legal professionalism and integrity has earned her the respect of her peers and colleagues and Maria proudly serves as a Trustee of the Hudson County Bar Association. Maria’s leadership skills extend to local government where she served as a two term council woman and Town Attorney of the Joint Planning and Zoning Board Attorney for a local Town for 18 years. She has also served as Board of Director of a local Savings and Loan for 15 years.
